In The Emotion Code Book, renowned holistic physician and teacher Dr. Bradley Nelson, skillfully lays bare the inner workings of the subconscious mind. He reveals how emotionally-charged events from your past can still be affecting you today.
Emotional energy can become stuck in the body when we are overwhelmed or traumatized, when our defenses are down, or when we are unable to fully process emotions. The technique works to identify emotional baggage and release the unexpressed emotions in the body causing pain or energy blocks.
We use the Emotion Code Chart and the Body Code Charts to identify the imbalance and find a solution to correct it and or release it, so you can get back in balance and heal.
THE BODY CODE CHART
First We Identify The Imbalance:
1) CIRCUITRY The organs, glands and muscles that make up our physical body.
2) ENERGIES These are generally UNEXPRESSED OR TRAPPED EMOTIONS.
3) PATHOGENS Fungal, Bacterial, Viral, Mold and Parasites
4) NUTRITIONAL The Food we eat, including Herbs and Nutrients.
5) STRUCTURAL The Bones, Nerves, and Connective Tissue.
6) TOXICITY Heavy Metals, Free Radicals, Chemicals and Environmental Toxins
- THE HEART-WALL
Perhaps the greatest discovery Dr. Nelson has made is that unexpressed emotions will often gather around the heart, creating a "Heart Wall", - These emotion's can collect around the heart, literally building a wall of energy in order to "protect" the heart from emotional pain. In doing so, The "Heart-Wall", can cause physical symptoms, making it harder for the body to heal itself. The time finally comes when the Heart-Wall is no longer needed and it is time to release the emotion's for healing and abundance to occur.
